@gsan1992 Any TV should be able to with the right connections… Your TV is just a display that needs an input (computer in this case).

hey, ijust got my push2tv but when i connect the thing to my tv it just stays on the “ready for connection” screen even when my labtop has connected with it and asks for the 4 digit security code the tv stays the same… anyone know how to fix this? i already tried reseting the setting and pushed the netgear box ‘reset’ button but nothing happens… :/
can anyone help me solve this??????????? please!

@EyesRed Yes, sound works with this setup as well and will play through your TV or whatever sound system you have connected to it.

What about sound though? Are you only getting video with this?
I know with better graphics cards and updated drivers the sound will go through the HDMI cable too.

@YoungnDaSilent1 It is a Samsung 32 Inch, a a model number they don’t make any more. Samsung are usually reviewed better than other brand TVs though. There is a link in my blog post to a bunch of highly reviewed TVs on Amazon. Always check the reviews before you buy.
